About Classon Learning

We ran schools before we supplied them.

For almost ten years our team operated trade and vocational programs. Everything about how this company works comes out of that.

Why we exist

Your margin is the product.

Most suppliers optimize for their own margin and hand you a catalog to work around. We know what that costs a school, because we paid for it — we bought kits that sat in a cupboard until they expired, and restocked consumables at retail because they were bundled into a hardware purchase we did not need.

So Classon is built the other way round. We price, package and stock against what a program actually consumes in a term, and we tell you where the margin sits if you resell kits to your students.

How we work

Four things we do differently.

None of these are unusual ideas. They are just unusual to find in a wholesale supplier.

Specified by operators

The people writing your kit spec have written a syllabus and signed off a term's supply budget. That is why a Classon spec separates what a student keeps from what gets consumed — the two lines behave completely differently on your books.

Current, not carried over

Lash, PMU and HVAC/R technique moves fast, and most suppliers are still shipping what was standard five years ago because it is already in their warehouse. We re-source those categories every term, so your students train on what they will actually meet in a salon or on a roof.

A sample before a production run

One complete kit goes to your campus before anything is built at volume. Your instructors handle it, and swaps at that stage are free. We would rather change it then than have it sit unused in a storeroom for two years.

Bi-national from day one

Warehousing on both sides of the border, cross-border freight handled in-house, and sales and support in English and Spanish. A school in Monterrey gets the same lead time as one in Texas.

Next step

Let's talk about your program.

Send the syllabus and the cohort size, or book twenty minutes. Either way you are talking to someone who has run a program.
